Vodny housing project is a mass housing project with 1640 flats, consisting of 5 blocks with 30 floors each. On the lower floors, there is a 3-storey indoor car park of 54 thousand m2.
Simvol 28-31 Project started in 2022 and continues.
Excavation works, lean concrete, insulation, rasborka and reinforced concrete works are carried out by our own teams in Simvol k28-31 Blocks, which is one of the simvol Residence projects located near the Rimskaya metro station, and the project continues. In the project, there are 28 thousand m2 combined single-storey closed parking lot and 4 blocks with 9 entrances, each with 28 floors, on the upper floors.
